Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) govern the use of the IT company's website and mobile application solutions (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as any additional terms that may apply to the Services.

The IT company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Description of Services

The IT company provides website and mobile application development solutions to its clients.

The Services include design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of websites and mobile applications.

Client Obligations

The client must provide accurate and complete information as requested by the IT company. The client is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services belong to the IT company. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for the duration of the Agreement.


The IT company and the client agree to keep confidential all confidential information exchanged between them.

The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already publicly known, independently developed without access to the confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law.


Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, the client must immediately cease all use of the Services and return all confidential information to the IT company.

Warranty Disclaimer

The IT company provides the Services “as is” and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The IT company does not warrant that the Services will meet the client’s requirements or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

The IT company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

The IT company’s total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka.
